This beautiful brand new 3-bedroom house located in Marloth Park, a nature reserve, was inaugurated in August 2023.
It is only 20 minutes from the entrance of the famous Kruger National Park in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa.
Suitable for friends and families, the house is available for short-term rental (minimum of 3-night’s stay).
We welcome everyone who shares our passion for African wildlife and wishes to enjoy it in this peaceful environment.

Bayabhonga can accommodate up to 6 guests (including children of all ages). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of each has a bath). It can host couples, friends or colleagues traveling together. We are proudly kids-friendly! Bring your little ones to enjoy life in the bush!
The villa has a swimming pool, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a 58’ smart TV, free uncapped Wi-Fi, a 24h alarm system and more. It has a beautiful terrace with a daybed and outdoor lounge chairs to relax and watch the animals walk-by. Braai-lovers will rejoice with two braai areas to perform this beloved South African tradition.
We offer meals at an extra cost and activities and excursions can be booked with your accommodation.

During your stay at Bayabhonga, you can simply relax by the pool watching the animals roaming around… or you can go for some adventures in our doorstep.
For animal lovers like us, make sure to join a game drive on a 4×4 open safari vehicle with an experience game ranger. Kruger National Park is our neighbour, just a short drive from the villa. You can explore on your own as well and track down the big 5.
Make sure to experience it on foot as well, we have reputable game rangers to take you on the adventure of a lifetime. Don’t miss the opportunity to have a meal in the middle of the bushveld: bush breakfasts and bush braais are available.
Fun for the whole family with quad biking, horse riding or fishing.
Need to unwind, we can arrange for a private chef at Bayabhonga as well as a therapist for massages and more. Celebrating a special occasion, we will make your stay extra special!

Explore further, fly to Cape Town and take a road trip along the Garden Route. Fancy some vibrant city life? Try Johannesburg and its bursting nightlife and cultural experiences. From there, make your way to Namibia, explore the Namib desert, encounter the Himba tribe or joint a game drive into Etosha National Park.
From Nelspruit (1h from Bayabhonga), fly to Victoria Falls, then venture into wildlife lovers’ paradise, the world renown Masaï Mara in Kenya. Care for some relaxing time at the beach, look no further, fly to Diani or Zanzibar.

Bayabhonga is situated in Marloth Park, a nature reserve in the Mpumalanga province, near Kruger National Park, in South Africa. The villa is ideally situated close to gate 2, a quieter section of Marloth Park with the shortest route to Kruger.
From Bayabhonga, you are a mere 20 minutes from Crocodile Bridge Gate, gateway to the iconic South African attractions: Kruger National Park. Restaurants and shops are available just 5 minutes’ drive from the house and the famous “river road”, Seekoei, where the Big 5 are regularly spotted, is just 700m away.
